Most of the course is centered around the fundamentals of breathwork that underpin all breathing techniques. However, Dan does share some of his favorite breathing practices from around the world, like Chinese Medical Breathing, Sufi Breathing, Shamanic Breathing, Vivation Breathing, Kum Nye Meditation, and the Anti Depression Breath... just to name a few.

Many of Dan's students have started teaching after this course. Breathwork is not regulated like Yoga is. So a facilitator can run breathwork sessions whenever they feel ready. This course teaches the fundamentals of breathwork, has various breathing sessions to try and will show you how Dan facilitates the energy of the sessions. Please note that if you are running a professional session, it is recommended to get public liability insurance before teaching in a public setting.
