Breathing Techniques Won’t Make Your Life Better

It’s about uncovering the patterns and habits around breathing and how they affect you...

Where they come from...

What triggers them...

What the outcomes are sustaining them...

What emotions are connected to them...

What other conditions are getting exacerbated...

What conditions are being triggered that don’t have to be triggered, like epileptic seizures and so on and so on.

This is where you're not learning just to breathe in a particular way that you practice day in and day out. Breathing is part of your personality, it’s part of who you are. It’s an inside out proposition, it’s not about imposing some technique on your body. It’s about being who you are from a breathing perspective.

We all develop habits, even in our breathing... The good news is that when we begin to analyse our breathing habits, we can start changing them. Making it easier to get into a better flow, tuning into what is working and what is not working so we can personally optimise our own health and performance.
