• You may be a person who is always on the go and you may feel super stressed and struggle to sit still for more than a few minutes. If this is the case, you may want to try some other techniques first before you can be comfortable with trying a longer meditation session.
• You may need to try a different breathing technique. There are many different types of breathing techniques, and what works for one person may not work for another. If you're not sure which technique is right for you, you can try a few different ones and see what feels best.
