Presenting With Credibility What We Learned From a Decade of Mistakes

Written by Angie Saunders

One thing we care deeply about is making sure our graduates never feel “lost in the deep end” once the certification ends.

Learning Behavioral Breathwork is one thing…
Integrating it into real practice and a real business is another.

That’s exactly why we created the Facilitator Studio…
A place our Behavioral Breathwork Facilitator graduates continue to grow.

It’s where they refine their skills, deepen their confidence, develop their client work, and start building a business that feels meaningful to them.

It’s support, structure, and ongoing learning in real time.

Why We Taught Presenting With Credibility

This month, we ran a masterclass called Presenting With Credibility.
We taught it because we still remember what it felt like in the beginning… when we first started running corporate sessions.

We over-explained.
We rushed the science.
We improvised when we weren’t sure what to say next.
We hoped the content would carry us, but without structure, the delivery fell apart.

And we walked out of more than one session thinking:
“We can do better than this.”

So inside the Studio, we decided to give our facilitators the framework we wish we had all those years ago.

We showed them exactly what we now know about delivering breathwork sessions in a way that is grounded, credible, and clear.

The Framework For Professional Presentations

In the masterclass, we walked our facilitators through the same structure we use inside corporate wellness presentations, retreats, schools, and community groups.

They learned how to:

  • Structure an engaging presentation
  • Pre-frame the purpose of Behavioral Breathwork
  • Explain the science of breathing in a simple, accessible way
  • Build trust before introducing any technique
  • Read the room and adapt when needed
  • Keep the delivery simple and professional
  • Close the session so people know exactly what to do next
  • Leave hosts and organizers confident they chose the right facilitator

This is the practical blueprint we built through years of trial, error, and repeated practice in front of diverse audiences.

This framework doesn’t demand a “perfect performance.”

It’s built on clear structure, thoughtful preparation, and making complex ideas easy to understand… the things that actually matter when you’re introducing new information to a diverse group.

Why This Matters for Our Facilitators

What we see again and again is that facilitators become more confident when they know how to lead a session from start to finish. Not perfectly… just clearly. When you understand the flow, the intention, and the structure behind each part of a presentation, you can focus on the people in front of you instead of worrying about what to say next.

Credibility isn’t about performing.
It’s about being prepared, speaking in a way people understand, and guiding them through an experience that feels safe, simple, and meaningful.

That’s what the Facilitator Studio is designed for.
It’s a space to keep growing your skills, ask better questions, refine how you present, and feel supported while you bring this work into the world in a way that feels steady and true to your own style.
